Fluzone 2009 is now available

We would like to announce that both forms of the injectable influenza vaccines are available, both for infants and toddlers under age three as well as older kids and adolescents. Recommendations for vaccination are described by CDC in this link. We do not have any vaccine for Swine Flu swH1N1.

Swine Flu Vaccine Supply Shortage

Due to the ongoing shortage of vaccine, we do not expect to have our order fulfilled any time soon. At this point, we are redirecting all of our high risk patients to local urgent care centers and pharmacies that managed to get their supply of H1N1 vaccine. Additional Seasonal Influenza Vaccines arrived!

We are pleased to announce that another supply of seasonal influenza vaccine (for children older than 3 years) has arrived to our office. You can call our office for an appointment if you still haven’t gotten it. We also still have Flumist for the 2009-2010 season still left.
