Meet Us

Ginny L. Guyton, MD, FAAP

Dr. Guyton earned her Medical Degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine in 1984. She completed her Pediatric Residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center, including two years as Chief Resident before joining Windermere Pediatrics in 1989. She became a partner in the business in 1990, and is Board Certified in Pediatrics. Dr. Guyton is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Orange County Medical Society, and the Central Florida Pediatric Society.

She and Dan, her husband, reside in Winter Park with their son, Sam. Interests include art and roller skating. Other languages spoken: Spanish

Denise Seraf�n, MD, FAAP

Dr. Seraf�n earned her Medical Degree from Ponce School of Medicine, Puerto Rico. She completed her residency in Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic’s Children’s Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She was Chief Resident during her final year. Dr. Seraf�n worked for one year as Clinical Associate in the Emergency Room/Urgent Care at the Cleveland Clinic before joining Windermere Pediatrics in 2005. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics

She and her husband, Dr. Carlos Alemany, and their four children live in Ocoee. Interests include: cooking, traveling, Latin American women’s novels and interior decorating. Special areas of medical interests include: Asthma, Allergic diseases, and Adolescent Medicine. Other languages spoken: Spanish.

Larissa Negron, M.D.

Dr. Negron earned her Medical Degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine and completed her residency in Pediatrics at Miami Children’s Hospital in Miami, Fl. During her career she has worked as a Pediatric Hospitalist at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock. Dr Negron moved to Orlando with her family and joined Windermere Pediatrics in 2014. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

She and her husband enjoy spending time with their 4 year old son and 8 month old daughter. Dr Negron also likes to plan family and outdoor activities as well as spending time at the beach. Special areas of medical interests include infectious diseases, nutrition, and newborn medicine. Other languages spoken: Spanish.

Afra Ali, MD, FAAP

Dr. Ali is a board-certified pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Ali received her bachelors of science from Michigan State University where she majored in physiology. After graduating medical school, Dr. Ali completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida Shands Children’s Hospital where she participated in their novel primary care residency track. Prior to joining Windermere Pediatrics, Dr. Ali was a successful pediatrician in private practice in Central Florida. Dr. Ali enjoys to travel, a self proclaimed foodie and lives in Orlando with her loving family.
